I have been to this store a few times, customer service has always been good. I was looking for a specific toy, and they found it right when I was about to checkout! The timing couldn't have been better. They have a vast amount of options, and the employees were very nice to guide me to the right things I wanted to buy. Very satisfied with everything there. I 100% recommend giving this store a look, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve always been pleased with the variety at the Backroom Boutique. It’s like a trip to Target, I always end up leaving with something fun. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Love when they have events and guest speakers too. Support local, especially when it’s a great business like this one.
